Job Title: Inventory Associate – Regional Field Team

Role Summary

Our regional auditing division is hiring an Inventory Associate to join a mobile field team conducting physical stock counts and asset verifications in local retail stores. Paid, hands-on training begins Day 1—no prior inventory experience required.

Primary Duties

• Execute precise physical counts of retail merchandise using digital handheld 10-key scanning devices.

• Audit inventory across main sales floors, backroom storage, and walk-in cooler spaces.

• Partner with client store managers to identify stock variances and finalize daily audit reports.

• Travel daily with your regional team to scheduled client sites within the local territory.

Shift Schedule & Driving Details

• Morning Start Times: On-site inventory audits kick off at 6:00 AM daily. Departure times vary based on the morning store route.

• Workweek: Full-time hours, Monday – Friday with weekends off (occasional Saturday shifts depending on workload).

• Travel Pay: All daily route travel time between client sites is fully paid.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License, active personal auto insurance, and dependable personal vehicle suitable for team carpooling (rideshares like Uber/Lyft cannot be used).

• Ability to pass standard Background (BGC) and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.

• Physical capability to stand, bend, stoop, use short ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Dependable early riser comfortable working in active retail environments and cold storage/coolers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 / hr
