Starting Pay: $19.00 / hour (Paid Bi-Weekly)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Early Morning Start (6:00 AM) | Weekends Off

Looking for a active, hands-on role where your afternoon is actually yours? Join our local field team as an Inventory Associate. We handle physical stock counts for major retail partners across the Blair County region.
No prior inventory experience? No problem. We provide 100% paid, hands-on training starting Day 1.
Count & Scan: Use 10-key handheld scanners to accurately count retail merchandise on sales floors, backroom storage, and cooler spaces.
Team Operations: Travel daily with your regional team to scheduled retail sites across the local territory.
Store Collaboration: Work alongside store managers to confirm accurate counts before wrapping up the daily audit.
Stay Active: Move, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs in fast-paced retail environments.
Reliable Transportation: Valid Driver’s License, active personal auto insurance, and a dependable vehicle.
Early Risers: Comfort starting on-site at 6:00 AM daily.
Screening: Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and ability to work on your feet for the full shift.
Starting Rate: $19.00 / hr
Paid Travel: All route travel time between client sites is fully paid.
