Quantum Services is hiring a hands-on Division Manager to lead our field inventory audit team in the Riverside, CA area. In this leadership role, you will work directly alongside your team in convenience store locations—managing daily scheduling, driving audit accuracy, coaching inventory auditors, and maintaining strong relationships with client store managers.
This position requires regular daily local route travel to client locations within the surrounding regional area (up to a 3-hour radius) with compensated hourly drive time and mileage reimbursement.
Field Leadership & Operations: Work alongside field audit teams in convenience stores to perform high-accuracy stock counts across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
Team Management & Coaching: Develop schedules, track attendance, and provide ongoing hands-on training and performance support for Audit Supervisors and Auditors.
Client Relations: Communicate audit findings, resolve inventory discrepancies, and build strong professional relationships with store managers upon audit completion.
Administrative Administration: Manage operational logistics including team itineraries, payroll submission, and daily audit reporting.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, averaging 36–42 hours per week.
Start Times: Field audit start times typically begin around 6:00 AM (departure times vary based on daily store route).
Travel Parameters: Daily regional route travel with paid hourly time and mileage reimbursement.
Leadership Background: Prior experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, Shift Manager, or Field Lead in retail, inventory, route operations, or general labor environments.
Driving Requirements: Valid Driver’s License, active personal auto insurance, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Physical Capabilities: Stamina to stand, bend, squat, use short step-ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate handheld data entry keypads in varying temperatures (including walk-in coolers and freezers).
Technical Setup: Reliable home Wi-Fi access for administrative reporting (company laptop provided).
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
